We are located 0.9 miles north of the "Y" off of Highway 54. Go north on Hwy 54 and take the second right (Beanblossom Rd). At the end of Beanblossom, you will see the clinic (big gray building) on your left. Horseman's Park is located approximately 1/2 mile north of us.
Our Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. We do see emergencies and the office phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
