Tularosa Equine Clinic was developed to serve the growing horse population in the Tularosa Basin and surrounding areas.
Mike Hamilton As co-owner of Tularosa Equine Clinc, LLC, Mike has been instrumental in the construction and development of the practice. He has been in a technical position since 1993 and managed surgical anesthesia for a referral hospital for 3 years.

Billie Jean Brown Bille Jean Brown has been an integral part of Tularosa Equine Clinic for the past 10 years. She and her husband, David, moved here from Washington state to enjoy our much milder winter climate. They have been involved with horses and racing for many many years both as owners and in David's case, as a jockey. They have 2 cats, a dog and 2 horses.

Ashley Dowd moved to New Mexico from Delaware in January 2020 to study range science at NMSU. Back east, she worked as a veterinary technician on a large standardbred breeding farm for several years, specializing in aiding with neonatal medicine and yearling care. She grew up riding and showing hunter/jumpers and rode for the equestrian team at the University of Delaware. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys any outdoor activity including hiking, camping and kayaking, as well as reading and spending time with family.
